Sign up on TrueAcademy
Please take the following steps to sign up on TrueAcademy portal:
- Visit the home page. If you already have an account, you can log in with your username and password and proceed to the introductory course. If you are new on TrueAcademy, click the Create new account button.
- To continue you must agree to the Terms of Use and Cookie Policy.
- Fill in ALL fields. This information will be required to issue your TrueConf Certified Specialist certificate.
- An email asking for confirmation of your registration will be automatically sent to the email address you have provided above in the form.
- Once you’ve followed the link in the email, click the Continue button to go to your Dashboard. You can take a quick overview of our learning platform.

Please note that we reserve the right to delete user accounts with incorrect personal information.
Course enrolment
You need to sign up for an introductory course:
- Log in to the platform using your credentials.
- Click the Site Home button in the side menu.
- Click the TrueConf Server Administration link in the list of courses.
- Click the Enrol me button.
- You’ll see a new item My courses in the side menu where you can quickly navigate to the course you would like to take. The list of available courses is also available in your Dashboard.
How to take the final online test
To get the TrueConf Certified Specialist certificate, you need to pass the final online test. It consists of 40 questions on all the course materials. The threshold for successful completion is 80% of correct answers. The time limit is one hour.
You must submit the results for review before the time expires, otherwise your attempt will be automatically considered unsuccessful.
The final test offers an unlimited number of attempts but is blocked for a certain time. You can do the first retake a day after the previous attempt, while the second and the next ones are available after 3 days.
Get a certificate
Once you’ve passed the final test, we’ll email you a PDF with your certificate. Certificates are valid for two years from the date of issue.
